2. Personal Data We May Process
Depending on how users interact with the website and with Olympic Homes, we may process the following categories of personal data:
- Identification and contact information, such as name, surname, email address and telephone number.
- Information voluntarily provided by users through forms, enquiries, emails, telephone calls, WhatsApp or other communications with us.
- Information regarding the user's interests, preferences and requirements in relation to our projects, properties, products or services.
- Information regarding communications and commercial interactions with the user.
- Technical, browsing, device and website interaction data, where such processing is permitted by applicable legislation and the user's cookie preferences.
- Identifiers necessary for the use of advertising, measurement, communication and digital marketing services.

3. Purposes for Which Personal Data May Be Processed
Personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
- Managing and responding to enquiries, requests for information and other communications made by users.
- Managing pre-contractual, contractual and commercial relationships with interested parties.
- Providing information regarding properties, developments, projects, products and services requested by users.
- Managing requests for visits, appointments, reservations and other actions related to our projects.

- Personalising commercial communications and content according to information, interests, preferences, enquiries and interactions provided by or associated with the user.
- Carrying out personalised advertising, segmentation, remarketing and retargeting through websites, applications, search engines, social networks and other digital advertising platforms.
- Creating and using personalised or matched audiences using contact information provided by users, including technologies commonly known as Customer Lists, Custom Audiences, Customer Match, or other current or future technologies providing equivalent functionality.
- Using information such as an email address or telephone number to determine whether it corresponds to a user of an advertising or digital platform and, where applicable, to show that person advertising relating to Olympic Homes and its current or future projects, products or services.

- Preventing fraud, abuse and unlawful activity and protecting the security of our website, systems and services.
- Complying with applicable legal obligations.

4. Personalised Advertising and Digital Audiences
Where permitted under the applicable legal basis, Olympic Homes may use certain contact information provided by users, principally email addresses and/or telephone numbers, to create, use, manage or update advertising audiences on digital platforms.

For these purposes, identifiers may be transmitted to providers of advertising and digital services, including social networks, search engines and other online advertising platforms, in order to determine possible matches between our contacts and users of those platforms and, where applicable, to display advertising relating to Olympic Homes and its current or future projects, products or services.

Such platforms may include, among others, Meta (including Facebook and Instagram), Google (including YouTube), TikTok, and other providers or platforms that currently or in the future provide equivalent advertising, audience-matching, communication or measurement functionality.

Where supported by the relevant platform, identifiers may be transmitted using hashing or other security mechanisms intended to reduce direct exposure of the identifiers during the matching process.

These activities may include:
- Customer-list and audience matching;
- Creation and management of personalised audiences;
- Advertising segmentation;
- Remarketing and retargeting;
- Audience exclusion and suppression;
- Advertising measurement and attribution;
- Campaign analysis and optimisation;
- And other equivalent advertising functionalities offered by digital platforms.

The use of new providers, technologies or platforms for these purposes will not, by itself, permit the use of personal data for purposes incompatible with those described in this Privacy Policy.

5. Legal Basis for Processing
The legal basis applicable to personal data processing depends on the purpose and circumstances of the processing.

Managing and responding to requests for information, property enquiries, appointments and other actions requested by users may be based on taking pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject and, where applicable, performance of a contractual relationship.

Where a user voluntarily selects the option to receive commercial information and communications, the processing of personal data for such commercial communications will be based on the user's consent.

Personalised advertising, audience creation and matching, segmentation, remarketing, retargeting and the use of contact information through advertising platforms will be carried out only where an appropriate legal basis exists under applicable data protection legislation, taking into account, as applicable, the consent provided by the user and, where legally permissible, the legitimate interests of the joint controllers.

Processing necessary to prevent fraud, protect the security of our systems and services, or protect our legitimate rights and interests may be based on legitimate interests where the requirements established by applicable legislation are satisfied.

Processing necessary to comply with legal obligations will be based on compliance with those obligations.

Where processing is based on consent, the user may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.

6. Recipients, Service Providers and Digital Platforms
Personal data may be processed by third-party providers where necessary to provide services supporting our activities, including providers of:
- Website hosting and IT services;
- Customer relationship management (CRM) systems;
- Email and electronic communications;
- Messaging services;
- Analytics and measurement;
- Cybersecurity and fraud prevention;
- Marketing services;
- Digital advertising and advertising technology.

Where the activities described in this Privacy Policy are carried out, certain data may also be processed by digital and advertising platforms, including Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and other providers offering equivalent services.

The precise legal role of each provider—for example, processor, independent controller or joint controller—will depend on the particular service being used and the applicable contractual terms.

We will not sell personal databases or disclose personal data to unrelated third parties so that they can independently market their own unrelated products or services, unless there is a separate and valid legal basis permitting such processing.

Where processing involves international transfers of personal data outside the European Economic Area, the safeguards required under the GDPR and other applicable legislation will be applied.

7. How Long We Keep Personal Data
Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and as required or permitted by applicable legislation.

Data processed for the purpose of managing an enquiry or commercial relationship may be retained for as long as necessary to manage that relationship and subsequently for the period required to comply with legal obligations or address possible legal liabilities.

Where personal data is processed for commercial communications or advertising activities on the basis of consent, it may be processed while that consent remains valid and until the user withdraws it.

Where applicable, data may subsequently be retained for the minimum period necessary to demonstrate that consent was obtained, comply with legal obligations, establish or defend legal claims, or respect a user's request not to receive further marketing.

8. Commercial Communications and How to Stop Receiving Them
Users may at any time request that Olympic Homes and/or Fiona Canarias S.L. stop using their personal data for commercial communications or personalised advertising.

In particular, users may request:
- Not to receive further commercial emails;
- Not to receive commercial communications through WhatsApp, SMS, telephone or other communication channels;
- Not to be included in personalised advertising, remarketing or retargeting activities;
- That their contact information no longer be used to create or update customer-list or matched audiences on advertising platforms;
- To be removed or excluded, where technically possible and under our control, from advertising audiences created using their contact information.

Such a request may be made at any time by contacting:
Fiona Canarias S.L.: fiona.canarias@gmail.com
Olympic Homes S.L.: info@olympic-homes.es

Where available, users may also use the unsubscribe or opt-out mechanism included in a commercial communication.

When a user withdraws consent or objects to the use of their personal data for direct marketing, we will stop using their data for the relevant marketing purposes.

Where contact information has been used to create an audience on a third-party advertising platform, we will take the reasonably necessary measures available to us to remove or exclude that information from advertising audiences under our control, in accordance with the tools and procedures made available by the relevant platform.

Withdrawal from commercial communications or personalised advertising does not necessarily require the deletion of all personal data held about the user where another lawful basis requires or permits its continued retention.

9. User Rights and Deletion of Personal Data
Users may exercise, where applicable, their rights of:
- Access – to obtain information about whether and how their personal data is being processed and to obtain a copy of that data.
- Rectification – to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Erasure – to request deletion of personal data where the conditions established by applicable legislation are satisfied.
- Objection – to object to certain processing, including processing for direct marketing purposes.
- Restriction – to request restriction of processing in the circumstances established by law.
- Portability – to receive certain personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and, where applicable, transmit it to another controller.
- Withdrawal of consent – to withdraw consent at any time where consent is the legal basis for processing.

To exercise these rights, the user may send a request to either:
fiona.canarias@gmail.com
or
info@olympic-homes.es

The request should contain sufficient information to allow us to identify the person making the request and, where possible, specify the right they wish to exercise.

We may request additional information or documentation where reasonably necessary to verify the identity of the person making the request and prevent unauthorised access to or deletion of personal data.

Requests will be handled within the periods established by applicable data protection legislation. As a general rule, requests will be answered within one month of receipt, subject to any extension permitted by the GDPR in cases involving particular complexity or a high number of requests.

Exercise of these rights is free of charge except in the exceptional circumstances permitted by applicable legislation.

If a user considers that the processing of their personal data infringes applicable data protection legislation or that their rights have not been properly addressed, they may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos – AEPD).

10. Deletion, Legal Retention and Suppression Lists
A request to stop receiving marketing and a request to delete personal data are not necessarily the same.

Where a user validly requests deletion of their personal data, the data will be erased or anonymised unless its continued retention is required or permitted by applicable legislation.

Certain information may therefore be retained where necessary, for example:
- To comply with legal, tax, accounting or regulatory obligations;
- To manage an existing contractual relationship;
- To establish, exercise or defend legal claims;
- To demonstrate that consent was previously obtained;
- To demonstrate compliance with a request or exercise of a data protection right;
- Or where another applicable legal basis requires or permits continued processing.

Where a user requests not to receive further commercial communications or personalised advertising, we may retain the minimum information necessary in a suppression or exclusion list for the sole purpose of ensuring that the user is not inadvertently included again in future marketing activities.

Information contained in a suppression list will not be used to send commercial communications or to target the user with personalised advertising.

11. Security of Personal Data
The joint controllers will implement appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access.

Such measures will be determined taking into account the nature of the personal data, the purposes and risks of the processing and the state of the art.

12. Changes to this Privacy Policy
Olympic Homes S.L. and Fiona Canarias S.L. may modify this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in legislation, guidance from supervisory authorities, technological developments, changes to our services, or changes to the processing activities carried out.

The introduction of a new provider, communication channel, advertising platform or technology that performs substantially equivalent functions for the purposes already described in this Privacy Policy will not necessarily require a new purpose of processing.

However, where a proposed processing activity involves a new purpose that is incompatible with the purposes for which the personal data was originally collected, or where applicable legislation requires a new legal basis or new consent, the necessary measures will be taken before that processing begins.
